Notara is currently in active development, offered as a development preview. These terms will be finalised, dated and version-tracked before general availability.

The service

Notara is a meeting intelligence and knowledge platform provided by MJW Group. During the development preview, features may change, and availability isn't guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the meetings, notes and documents you add.
• Recording a meeting is your decision — Notara reminds you to obtain any legally required consent from participants before you start, but the responsibility to do so is yours, not ours.
• Keep your account credentials secure and don't share your login.

AI-generated content

Summaries, decisions and actions Notara generates from your transcripts are a starting point, not a final record. Review and approve them before treating them as authoritative — Notara labels AI-generated output and never finalises it automatically.

Changes

Because Notara is under active development, features, pricing (if introduced) and these terms may change. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
